CONNOR BUGELLI

Connor Bugelli is an Australian artist based in Narrm/Melbourne whose practice engages with negative aesthetics, memory and overlooked aspects of everyday life. Bugelli's work reflects a personal investigation into perception and emotional residue, often embracing imperfection and instability as generative forces.

Bugelli works with industrial and mechanical materials, allowing processes to unfold unpredictably and encouraging forms to evolve through interaction and repetition. His practice creates feedback loops between works, where each piece informs the next through material and conceptual dialogue.

Bugelli completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Monash University in 2020 and has exhibited at Daine Singer, China Heights, Asbestos and Threshold Projects.
