ZOE MILAH DEJESUS

Zoe Milah DeJesus is a Narrm/Melbourne-based artist and emerging filmmaker originally from New Jersey whose practice spans painting, storytelling and spirituality.

DeJesus' work explores Latin American histories, digital culture and subconscious narratives through gestural abstraction and surreal figuration. Using layered media including oil, acrylic, spray paint and pastel, she constructs visual systems that reveal erased or obscured histories. Her practice is both personal and political, engaging themes of memory, resistance and transformation.

Since 2019, DeJesus has exhibited across Melbourne, Sydney and New York, working with established networks and independently produced exhibitions, films and community-focused events and in 2026 participated in the Affordable Art Fair, New York.
